When Life Changes the Questions

Life is very complicated.

Don’t try to find the answer.

Because when you find the answer,

 Life changes the questions..."

I used to think life was about solving problems. That if I could just figure things out, everything would fall into place.

But life doesn't work that way.

After my stroke, I searched for answers—Why me? What now? How do I move forward?

And just when I thought I had the answers, life threw me a new set of questions.

I’ve learned that life is not an exam. It’s not about ticking the right boxes. It’s about learning to dance in the rain… and sometimes, if you're lucky, seeing a rainbow after.

That’s what healing has taught me. That peace doesn’t come from having everything figured out. It comes from embracing the uncertainty. From learning to breathe, to pause, to accept the mystery of it all.

Sometimes the most honest thing we can say is, “I don’t know.”

And in that space of not knowing, something beautiful happens—we grow.

We grow not because we’ve solved life, but because we’ve surrendered to its rhythm.

 We’ve learned to listen.

 To adapt.

To love even when things don’t make sense.

The rainbow behind me in this photo didn’t appear because I asked for it. It came when the storm passed.

I didn’t control its timing, its color, or its beauty.

But I was present enough to witness it.

 And that’s what matters.

To anyone feeling overwhelmed by life’s complexity, I want to say this:

You don’t need to have all the answers.

You just need to keep going.

 Keep showing up.

Keep trusting that even when life changes the questions, you are capable of growing into the new you.

Sometimes the journey isn’t about clarity.

 It’s about courage.

And the quiet strength to stand, even with the unknown surrounding you like clouds before a rainbow.
